Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from eziogoods.com, sold by Ezio Goods.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and ship to an address in the United States.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Using what you buy

Read the care and use notes that come with each item. Kettles and brewers hold hot water: set them on a stable, level surface, and stop using any glass or ceramic piece that is cracked or chipped.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy is on the Returns and refunds page.
